Chef Allen’s Farm-to-Table Monday Night Dinner is the epitome of the Café’s commitment to making locally-sourced and sustainable dining more accessible to our community. Taking place weekly at the Café at the Arsht Center and monthly at the Coral Gables location, each dinner is plant-based (featuring produce from local farmers and growers) and consists of five courses served family-style. Each week’s menu is inspired by a different theme, like Southern Comfort or Cooking in Paradise, making it easy to have a new and unique experience every time you come.
