As Walker was working at the U.S. Department of State and developing her side hustle as a freelance journalist and wellness blogger, she learned by experience how important fitness is, especially as we age, and how difficult it can be to make time for it. Difficult—but not impossible. Her book is full of inspiration, humor, and practical tips for people at all stages of life. From poking fun at her own false starts to sharing the tricks that work, from showing you how she faced setbacks to how she discovered the power of confidence and resilience, and from suggestions for motivational music to feel-good recipes, Walker tells you exactly what you need to know to get fit, look better, and feel happier.
