The Café at Books & Books in Coconut Grove is proud to partner with select, local artisans to present a free series of talks & tastings featuring delicious, locally-produced and sustainable food and drinks. Join us for talks with the artisans themselves, learn about the philosophy behind what they are making, and sample the foods, wines, craft beers and chocolate deliciousness that is being produced right here in our own community (and now available at The Cafe in Coconut Grove). Check below for the full schedule of talks, tastings and demonstrations!

Talk & Tasting: Do all coffees taste the same? Join these specialty roasters for a cupping experience

that places freshly roasted coffees from different origin countries side by side to allow for a true comparison of flavors and aromas.

ZAK THE BAKER: Thursday, March 28 at 12PM

Talk & Tasting: Learn more about the philosophy of bread and pastry-making from this famed local baker.

Talk & Tasting: What is tea? Join Mike Ortiz and Nan Nan Yan, from JoJo Tea for an informal, yet educational tea tasting.

We will explore the different categories of tea and discuss the characteristics that differentiate them.
